What we do
From an electrical fault that won't let a rig roll out to a full cot-mount install, we handle the specialized work that general truck shops can't, and we do it where your trucks live.
Tracing parasitic draws, failed inverters, module faults and wiring gremlins on ambulance-specific electrical systems. This is our core specialty.
Power cots, cot mounts, device brackets and patient-care equipment, installed, wired and secured to spec.
We bring the shop to your station within a 3-hour radius, so a repair doesn't leave you down an ambulance for days on end.
If it rolls, runs or powers a patient compartment, there's a good chance we handle it. Call and ask.
Anderson Fleet Service is now an authorized CompX dealer, so the same technician who services your rig can supply and install CompX eLock electronic access systems that lock down the narcotics, medications, and supplies on board.

Who you're calling
Anderson Fleet Service was founded by Phil Anderson, who spent 20+ years in automotive and heavy-truck repair before dedicating the last several years specifically to ambulances, including five years as a service technician at Ohio's largest Braun dealership.
That means when your rig goes down, you're not explaining EMS equipment to a generalist. You're talking to someone who knows the wiring, the cots and the cabinets already.

What crews say
Rated on Google Reviews
"We came across a Liquid Springs suspension issue. Phil immediately answered the phone and after hearing our issue — from a customer he'd never interacted with — walked us through diagnostics and we solved the problem in less than 3 minutes. We never call anyone and get the person you need immediately. NOT PHIL! His knowledge of ambulance makes and models was impressive. I highly recommend Anderson Fleet Service to anyone having any issues with their ambulance."
"Phil is the best! He walked me through all of the easy diagnoses and fixes over the phone until we found the problem was over my head. Nobody does this. Once the ambulance was in his hands the problem was fixed very quickly and at a reasonable price. He provides service that just isn't found anywhere else."
"The issue was diagnosed quickly and the repair made within 3 hours. Highly recommend this company — responsive, knowledgeable and competent."
"One of the best road techs that I got to work with."
"Professional and efficient service! A true 1/1 experience!"
